Question: Do I need an appointment to come in for an estimate and how much does it cost? Answer: Walk ins are always welcome, however appointments are encouraged to avoid wait time. Estimates are always free.
Question: Can you give me a quote over the phone?
Answer: The best way to estimate the damage is to see the car, as there maybe hidden damage that is not visible unless inspected by a collision repair professional. There are simply too many variables to consider when estimating the damage and since we stand by our price quote it is not possible to properly provide the price over the phone.
Question: What are the steps involved in getting my vehicle repaired after an accident?
Answer: We work with our customers and their insurance companies to get their car fixed quickly and properly. If you leave the car in our shop to be repaired we will take all of the problems off your hands. We suggest you give us a call immediately after your accident and we'll guide you through the entire process.
Question: How long will it take to fix my vehicle?
Answer: Generally we give our customers appointments and discuss the extent of damage and and other circumstances such as insurance accepting liability, etc. Each accident is different but we always work with our customers to make sure they get their vehicles back quickly.
Question: Do you assist with car rentals while my vehicle is your shop?
Answer: Park City Garage, LLC will assist you with a rental vehicle from Enterprise Rental. We can even have the vehicle waiting for you at our shop when you drop off the vehicle or we can drive you to the rental place of your choice if you need a ride. Please remember to check with your insurance company if the policy provides for rental car coverage before making arrangements for car rental. If the accident is not your fault generally you're entitled to a rental car from the insurance company who accepted the liability for the accident.
